EA FC 26 Review: Deluxe vs Standard Edition, Gameplay Changes & Career Mode

FC 26 has been officially released for a while now, and I've played all the modes. But some players are still hesitant between buying the Deluxe Edition and the Standard Edition. Here I'll briefly summarize the differences between the two:

• An exclusive Evolver that boosts your favorite player's Shooting Level to level 99.

• Evolvable Signature Player items.

• The 93+ Signature Player Feature Pack.

• The free Season 1 Pass.

• Two open Evolvable Player slots.

As you can see, the 93+ Signature Player Feature Pack and the Season 1 Pass are the most appealing to me. As a seasoned FC player, I'd definitely choose the Deluxe Edition. Casual players don't need to spend the extra $20 unless they really want the pass.

Compared to the FC 25, I can clearly see that the player's joystick dribbling and trick moves have been redesigned, making the controls smoother and more intuitive. Goalkeeper positioning is also more flexible and intuitive than in previous versions. The controls have been enhanced, and you can customize it to your own personality, which I really appreciate. However, my goalkeeper often wandered off the field, which might be a FC 26 bug.

My favorite aspect of the game, FC 26 Career Mode, has also been significantly improved and feels more realistic. It allows me to make decisions about everything from team management to personal development. I have complete freedom and control over my team. Wow! It feels amazing!
